What exactly do you monitor?
All plans include monitoring for viruses, ransomware, and malware using enterprise-grade antivirus. We also monitor disk space, CPU usage, memory, temperatures, failed updates, and system errors.

How does setup work?
After signing up, we schedule a setup call — usually 30–60 minutes remote, occasionally on-site if you prefer. I install and configure everything myself. You don't touch a command line or a config file. When I'm done, you'll get an email confirming what's running and where to reach me.
What if something breaks or needs attention?
You call or text me directly. There's no ticket queue you wait in — it's just me and your number is in my phone. That's the whole point of the managed plan.
