Do I need my own domain name to get started?▾

Nope. If you don't have (or don't want) your own domain, ask us about a @foleyvault.com address — you can get [email protected] without registering or managing anything. If you'd rather have your own domain, we can help you pick one and register it for about $12–15/year.

What's the $20 setup fee for?▾

It covers the initial domain DNS configuration (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC records), mailbox provisioning, Microsoft 365 account setup, and getting Outlook configured on your first device. This is a one-time charge regardless of plan tier.

Can I bring my Gmail or old emails with me?▾

Yes — we can migrate your existing emails, contacts, and calendar from Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, or most other providers. You won't lose years of conversation history just because you're switching.

What does Proofpoint Essentials add that Microsoft doesn't already include?▾

Microsoft's built-in filtering catches most common spam and phishing. Proofpoint Essentials adds a stronger layer with advanced spam and phishing filtering, attachment sandboxing, malicious-link protection that rewrites and checks links at time-of-click, and email continuity so you can still send and receive during a Microsoft 365 outage. Think of it like a deadbolt on top of a regular lock — most days you won't need it, but when you do, you're glad it's there.

What's the difference between Business Basic and Business Standard?▾

Microsoft 365 Business Basic (included with Essential and Shield) gives you Exchange email, Teams, SharePoint, and 1 TB OneDrive — but no desktop Office apps. Business Standard (included with Mail Pro) adds Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook installed directly on up to 5 PCs or Macs.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?▾

No contracts. Pay month-to-month and cancel anytime with 30 days notice. There's a one-time $20 setup fee for the initial configuration, but after that it's just the monthly rate.

What if something stops working?▾

Call or text Blake directly at (479) 370-0397. You're not opening a support ticket with a help desk overseas — you're calling the same person who set it up. Most issues are fixed same-day.

Can I have multiple email addresses?▾

Absolutely. Pricing is per mailbox, so add as many as you need. Extra addresses on the same domain (like info@ or hello@) can be set up as aliases on an existing mailbox at no extra charge — they just forward into the same inbox.
